details. Invoices are issued automatically and downloadable from the billing
portal. AU GST is added through Stripe Tax. Tax ID (ABN) collected at checkout

Pricing FAQ
What counts as a "validation"?
One operative-note submission via Validate. Re-running the same note after editing
it counts as one validation. Confirmation clicks and rule training are free.
Is there a per-validation cap?
Pilot and Practice plans are unlimited within fair use. We reach out before
throttling if a clinic exceeds reasonable usage (over 500 validations per clinician
per month, sustained). No pilot clinic has come close in practice.
What if my specialty isn't supported yet?
Itemate's matcher generalises across specialties as soon as ortho-style tags are
curated for the relevant MBS subset. If you're in a specialty we haven't tuned, the
30-day pilot lets you stress-test the system on your cases before committing.
Can I add the Word add-in to the Pilot?
The Word add-in is currently in pilot for paid Practice and Group customers. We can
prioritise it for Pilot users on request if a specific use case requires it.
Can I export my rules on cancellation?
Yes. Doctor-trained correction rules and the audit history of confirmed suggestions
are exportable as a single JSON bundle for 30 days after cancellation. After that
the data is purged.
What's the difference between monthly and yearly?
Same product, same per-clinician model. Paying annually costs the equivalent of ten
months instead of twelve — two months cheaper than paying month-to-month. The early
access rate ($37.49/clinician/month billed annually, or $44.99 billed monthly; regular
rates $66.67 and $80) is locked for 12 months on whichever cadence you start on.
What is the early access rate?
A founding-customer discount of roughly 44% off the regular per-clinician price,
held for your first 12 months on either billing cadence. After that the price moves
to the regular rate; we'll give notice before any change and you can cancel or
export before it takes effect.
Is there a free tier?
No ongoing free tier. The 30-day Pilot is free and uncapped; it converts to paid at
day 31 unless cancelled. We don't run an indefinite free tier because the
underlying Anthropic API spend is real.
